Summary
Lead and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional Valentino client experiences, drive KPI achievement, and ensure operational excellence at the Ala Moana Center store. Partner with Store Manager and visual teams to optimize sales performance, clienteling, product care, and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor individual sales and clienteling KPI targets for the team.
- Coach and provide continuous feedback to improve team performance and client experience delivery.
- Ensure effective execution of clienteling strategy using company digital tools.
- Collaborate with Store Manager on action plans from mystery shopping and VOC feedback.
- Coordinate team schedules and allocate duties based on store traffic needs.
- Support stock organization, inbound/outbound planning, and stock count activities.
- Maintain adherence to company policies procedures and required digital systems.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new sales staff and address specific training needs.
- Assist in delivering morning briefs and use monthly touch base meetings to set goals and address challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years luxury retail experience.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and relationship management skills with VIP clients.
- Operational leadership experience managing daily floor operations and stock processes.
- Experience using retail digital tools such as CRM and inventory systems.
- Demonstrated coaching and talent development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with visual and operations teams.
