• Handle VIP and Top Spender Clients personally.
• Manage sales activities and after-sales situations.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and ensure team safety.
• Communicate stock needs and manage inventory effectively.
• Ensure visual criteria and guidelines are executed in store.
• Participate in operational tasks and manage cash systems.

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail industry.
• Previous management experience leading a team.
• Proven track record in sales and team development.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs.
• Effective team management and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and team.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
