Responsibilities- Lead and coach the team on the selling floor to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and motivation.
- Manage store opening and closing as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
- Conduct morning briefings and deliver key business communication and objectives.
- Develop cross-category focus and ensure team sells all categories across all floors.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Lead and inspire the team to execute a superior client experience with a hospitality mindset.
- Achieve business objectives using the company consumer management client segmentation strategy.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities and develop actions to reach goals and KPIs.
- Manage customer flow on the selling floor to ensure exceptional service.
- Resolve customer service issues to retain client relationships.
- Monitor performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock.
- Partner with Store Director and Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and other departments while enforcing company policies.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and leadership zoning to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
Requirements- 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
