Summary
Lead the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets by driving commercial initiatives, coaching staff, and upholding brand standards. Act as a visible sales leader supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager as needed while fostering a positive team environment and promoting product knowledge and digital adoption.
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support development and implementation of business plans through product performance analysis and action plans.
- Coach and motivate client advisors, identify talent and support individual development plans.
- Ensure excellence in the client journey, customer relations and clientelling initiatives.
- Lead by example on sales, client portfolio building and cross selling and up selling.
- Manage store floor operations to maximize business opportunities and maintain Prada standards.
- Support store care activities including cash, inventory, logistics and back of house organization.
- Maintain mastery of company tools and digital applications and ensure team adoption.
- Handle customer complaints proactively to preserve client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in retail leadership or store management roles with sales responsibility.
- Strong client relationship building and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Passion for luxury, fashion, art or design and product knowledge of the managed category.
- Result driven, resilient, self motivated and problem solving attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to analyze product performance and implement relevant action plans.
- Willingness to maintain grooming standards and follow company procedures.
