Job Description

Summary

As a Team Manager at our Client Service Center in Irving, you will lead and support a team of Client Advisors, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences. You will drive strategic action plans to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive team environment aligned with Louis Vuitton's brand values.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Client Advisors in handling client contacts via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Lead the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative KPIs and clienteling activities.
  • Set individual and team goals, assess performance, and provide consistent coaching.
  • Identify development and training needs and ensure mastery of brand and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive presence and empower Client Advisors to deliver world-class experiences.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-centric environment.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing successful teams.
  • Strong business intuition, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Role requires onsite presence in Irving.
