Summary
Lead and inspire the sales team on the selling floor to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while executing store strategy and achieving category and business goals. Provide real-time coaching, develop talent through recruitment and performance management, and represent the brand through professional presence. Work cross-functionally to drive sales, clienteling, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team on the selling floor to ensure superior client experience and adherence to selling standards.
- Capture and utilize client data and clienteling tools to drive loyalty, acquisition, and KPI performance.
- Monitor Client Advisor performance and implement daily/weekly/monthly action plans to reach targets.
- Lead local events and product launches to secure client attendance and sales results.
- Conduct onboarding, regular performance and development conversations, and support recruitment activities.
- Analyze store KPIs and partner with Store Managers to recommend and execute improvement plans.
- Manage scheduling, task allocation, stock organization, visual standards, and daily store operations, including opening/closing as Manager on Duty.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Loss Prevention, and other teams to enforce policies and ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire and influence a team.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable sales results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and business acumen.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by a retail schedule.
