Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store team to achieve performance goals
• Create and deliver action plans to boost business and product performance
• Drive client development and maintain strong client relationships
• Support selling and floor management activities
• Oversee visual merchandising and team animation
• Identify tailored training and development needs for individuals
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business ownership and results

• Extensive people leadership experience in retail
