Team Manager

As a Team Manager at Louis Vuitton in Calgary, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, leading and mentoring your team to build strong client relationships and achieve sales goals. You will ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered, representing the Brand values and demonstrating Louis Vuitton attitudes toward clients and team members.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance to success.
• Apply commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury and local market to excel in the retail sector.
• Lead with extensive people management skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.
• Manage team development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and operations.
• Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to ensure outstanding client experiences.
• Ability to identify tailored development and training needs for individual and team goals.
• Agile approach to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
