Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet individual and store targets
• Develop and implement action plans to grow business and product performance
• Manage selling and floor operations to ensure excellent client service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and clienteling activities
• Identify training and development needs and deliver tailored coaching
• Support visual merchandising and in store presentation standards
• Collaborate with Store Manager on overall store performance and strategy

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or related sector
• Commercially minded with knowledge of the local market
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional client service in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
