Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high quality client service
- Develop and mentor staff through tailored training and development plans
- Create and implement action plans to boost business and product performance
- Manage selling activities and floor operations to ensure a seamless client experience
- Drive client development and clienteling to build lasting relationships
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect brand standards
- Support store management with staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or related retail management role
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of local market and client expectations
