Job Description
As a Team Manager at Louis Vuitton Palm Beach Gardens, you will lead and develop a team to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure each client has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities- Develop and lead the team to achieve strong sales results.
- Foster and develop client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide market expertise and develop strategies to increase product performance.
- Leverage visual merchandising and client development training.
- Demonstrate superb sales leadership skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in the luxury market.
- Strong people leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
- Commercially minded with strategic agility.
- Ability to exceed client expectations consistently.
