Summary

The Team Manager leads the team in delivering business results and an excellent client experience. This role supports the Store Manager, drives sales performance, develops client relationships, and motivates the team while upholding Prada standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Support business planning through product performance analysis and action plans.
• Deliver an engaging client journey and build client loyalty through relationship management and clienteling.
• Coach and develop team members, identify training needs, and support individual development plans.
• Ensure efficient sales floor and back-of-house operations, including inventory, cash activity, logistics, and company procedures.
• Promote product knowledge, sales techniques, and consistent service standards.
