Team Manager - Miami Market

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading and developing sales, operations, and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the in-store client experience. This role assumes oversight of the store when the Director is absent and focuses on coaching, mentoring, and delivering exceptional service. The manager drives client development, operational excellence, and a culture of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and support sales and operations to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide visible management presence on the sales floor, model client-centric service, and elevate the in-store experience.
• Drive client development activities and manage key product pillars and KPIs to grow sales.
• Attract, hire, train, and retain talent; deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Champion operational efficiency, manage back-of-house processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-facing experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.
