Team Manager - Oakridge

Summary

The Team Manager oversees staff, merchandise, and the client experience in a luxury retail environment. The role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining operational and merchandising standards, and developing a motivated, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop Client Advisors through regular goal setting, reviews, and training.
• Recruit and onboard team members, support succession planning, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate client relationship resources, oversee floor supervision, and develop events and incentives to grow the local client base.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.
• Strong communication, customer service, coaching, and issue-resolution skills; client books are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
