Summary

Lead and mentor a retail team at the Oakridge store to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. • Manage and develop store team members through coaching and tailored training plans
• Drive client acquisition retention and long term relationship building
• Lead sales activities and floor management to achieve business targets
• Create and implement action plans to boost product performance
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning

• Proven people leadership experience in retail or luxury retail
• Commercially minded with knowledge of local and luxury markets
