Summary

Lead and mentor the store team to drive business performance and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. Collaborate with the Store Manager to own team development, client relationships, and sales achievement while maintaining visible leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent high quality client service
• Support building long term client relationships using clienteling tools
• Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
• Manage the sales floor to optimize business opportunities and client experience
• Provide visible leadership and support to the team during service interactions
• Identify tailored training needs and implement development plans

• Commercially minded with knowledge of the luxury and local market
• Experience in retail leadership and people management
• Strong client service and relationship building skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
