Job Description

Summary

As a Team Manager, Operations at South Coast Plaza, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director by leading, developing, and supporting the sales, operations, and merchandise team members. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales plans while elevating the Tiffany store experience. You will oversee operations and merchandising in the Director's absence, ensuring inventory adequacy and executing annual inventory and quarterly audits.

Responsibilities
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Drive client development activities among team members.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor.
  • Elevate in-store experience and optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Ensure exceptional operational support and manage back of house efficiency.
  • Identify and execute operational efficiencies and best practices.
  • Elevate and hire talent to create a best-in-class service and selling organization.
  • Partner with the Director to develop and execute a Talent Action Plan.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • College/university degree preferred.
  • Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is a plus.
