Summary
The Team Manager is an on-site retail leader responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an excellent client experience, and managing a team of Client Advisors. This role supports the Store Manager in business planning, coaching, and ensuring operational standards are met while embodying brand values.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance
- Support development and implementation of business plans through product performance analysis
- Drive cross selling and up selling and ensure sales floor management meets brand standards
- Build and develop client relationships and maintain a personal client portfolio
- Promote a digital mindset and client centric approach within the team
- Coach staff, identify development needs, and support individual training plans
- Manage customer complaints and ensure positive client outcomes
- Oversee store care including inventory, cash procedures, logistics and asset protection
- Ensure team mastery of company tools and adherence to grooming and operational procedures
Requirements
- Experience in retail leadership with a focus on sales and team management
- Proven ability to drive sales and develop business plans through analysis
- Strong clienteling skills and experience building lasting customer relationships
- Coaching and people development experience with ability to identify talent
- Operational knowledge of inventory, cash handling and store procedures
- Familiarity with digital retail tools and ability to promote digital adoption
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for luxury brand values and attention to product care
