Team Manager

Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams to meet and exceed commercial targets while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence and requires a dynamic, service-oriented leader who mentors and develops talent. The Team Manager drives performance through coaching, client development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide visible management presence on the sales floor and assume oversight when the Director is not present.
• Drive client development activities and cultivate strong client relationships to grow sales and KPIs.
• Attract, hire, train and retain top talent; provide feedback, recognition and performance management.
• Champion operational efficiency, manage back-of-house processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and security procedures.
• Leverage metrics such as NPS and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management experience or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: College or university degree.
