Team Manager - Topanga

Summary

Lead the store team as a Brand Ambassador to drive sales performance, ensure an excellent client experience, and support the Store Manager in business planning and team development. Motivate and coach client advisors, manage store operations, and promote the brand values and product knowledge to maximize commercial opportunities. Act as Assistant Store Manager when required and contribute to maintaining store standards and assets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Support Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans and action plans.
• Foster cross selling and upselling and build personal client relationships.
• Ensure an inspiring client journey and high quality customer experience.
• Coach and develop team members, identify talent and training needs.
• Manage customer relations and handle complaints to maintain client loyalty.
• Ensure store care including cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting.
• Maintain grooming and product care standards and enforce company procedures.
• Master company tools and promote a digital mindset across the team.
