Summary

Lead and develop a high performing retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives in a fast paced luxury store environment. Act as an ambassador of the brand while supporting the Store Director in people development, operations, and driving a results oriented culture. Use commercial insight and local market knowledge to grow sales and cultivate lasting client relationships.

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members to reach performance goals
• Drive client and business development through clienteling and exceptional service
• Manage selling operations and floor performance to maximize sales
• Collaborate with Store Manager on business ownership and team performance
• Implement visual merchandising and team animation to enhance product performance
• Create and deliver action plans to boost business and client engagement
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to store procedures

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience in luxury retail or similar sector
• Commercially minded with understanding of luxury and local market
• Strong client focus and passion for exceptional customer service
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high performing teams
