Job Description

Summary

Support development and delivery of suiting and woven product by ensuring fit, construction, and measurement consistency from sample through production. Collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to align on design intent, calendar milestones, and brand requirements. Lead and schedule fit sessions, support block pattern development, and communicate changes to achieve final fit and construction.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, product development, pattern engineering, and external partners to meet calendar milestones and brand standards.
  • Create and maintain fit and construction images and develop measurement worksheets for factories.
  • Follow samples through fit approvals to production to ensure fit consistency and adherence to grade rules and tolerances.
  • Schedule and lead fit sessions, document and communicate fit and construction changes to stakeholders.
  • Support block pattern development and partner with Pattern Engineer and Product Developer on new fits for development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production fitting and pattern making with ability to demonstrate capabilities through fit tests.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system experience required.
  • Strong organization, time management, clear written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Full understanding of grade rules and tolerances.
