Technical Designer - RRL Denim and Woven Bottoms

As a Technical Designer for RRL Denim and Woven Bottoms, you will be responsible for fitting garments and ensuring compliance with Ralph Lauren's design standards. You will collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to maintain a "Closer to Needle Point" strategy, ensuring all tools and processes are aligned with global standards.

• Create and distribute global communication trees and tech packs for seasonal hand-off meetings.
• Review and provide feedback on proto garments and fit samples, partnering with offshore teams to ensure accuracy.
• Drive supplier calibration and certification processes for fit approvals.
• Ensure all grade rules and points of measure are correct in the system.
• Attend virtual fittings and collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with RL standards.
• Manage digital product creation, including receiving and stitching up .dxf files.
• Ensure all styles meet RL standards through robust tech packs and updated tools.

• Experience in Apparel Manufacturing, Design, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in 3D programs and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve proactively.
• Familiarity with Gerber, PLM, PDM, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and Airtable.
