Job Description

Summary

As a Technical Project Manager at Richemont North America, you will support the Technical Ops. & Projects Director in implementing and coordinating projects for the Richemont Technical Center. You will lead and coordinate projects in technical operations, following LEAN principles and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate the installation of new equipment and stay updated on watchmaking equipment novelties and Group standards.
  • Centralize and liaise all brands' technical updates and ensure the update/renewal of tools.
  • Coordinate maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage complex projects autonomously.
  • Define and structure data to drive QRQC methodology and lead action plans with technical teams.
  • Ensure group H&S guidelines are implemented and act as the main contact for H&S teams.
Requirements
  • Engineering background with 7-10 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Project Management experience and knowledge of project methodology, data collection, and Lean Concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and understanding of operational effectiveness and corporate strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Fluent in English with strong business judgment and a high tolerance for change management.
