- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and completion dates.
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports to management and executive stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including logistics, agendas, and action items.
- Identify and manage RAID analysis framework from project initiation through closure.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and communicate risks to key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for projects, ensuring collaboration across teams.
- Build and optimize PMO best practices for standardization and process improvement.
- Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies and tools.
- Maintain Monday.com application for all project-related activities.
- Develop an understanding of financial processes for technology portfolio forecasting.
- Operate with attention to detail and adherence to project governance deadlines.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate across multiple projects and business areas.
- Knowledge of JIRA and experience with Portfolio Management software preferred.
- Knowledge of software development and infrastructure terms.
- Knowledge of Retail and/or Wholesale industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
