Responsibilities
- Provide in-person troubleshooting and technical assistance to users
- Prioritize and manage daily work backlog using work management systems
- Communicate identified issues and changes to leadership
- Perform maintenance to prevent equipment failures
- Analyze problems, create resolution plans, and implement technical solutions
- Protect customer and company data by enforcing security controls and practices
- Meet and deliver within target service level agreements
- Demonstrate project management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in a service management industry
- 2 years tech support experience
- 2 years troubleshooting testing or repairing technical equipment
- Familiarity with Windows 10 11 Dell desktops laptops and Zebra scanners
- Ability to read technical documentation and learn quickly
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast changing environment
- Ability to repetitively walk bend reach stand and lift 50lb boxes
