Job Description
As a Technician 1 at Nordstrom in Portland, OR, you will support customers across multiple channels, focusing on providing excellent customer experience to Nordstrom Employees. Your role will involve in-store support, Service Desk support, and backend monitoring of systems and applications.
Responsibilities- Understand and display basic troubleshooting concepts and operating system fundamentals.
- Protect customer and company data, ensuring it is never exposed to unauthorized access.
- Adhere to security standards to protect the Nordstrom brand.
- Communicate decisions, plans, and tasks clearly and concisely in written and oral formats.
