- Identify problems, analyze data, and create effective plans for resolution using technical solutions.
- Perform maintenance activities to prevent unexpected failures of technical equipment.
- Involvement with meeting technology implementation efforts.
- Demonstrate understanding and consistently deliver within the target SLA's for the specific area.
- Demonstrate understanding of Project Management best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in a service management industry.
- 3 years’ tech support experience.
- 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting, testing, or repairing technical equipment.
- Familiarity/experience working with Windows 10/11, Dell Desktop/Laptop, iPads, thermal printers, laser printers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude to learn quickly.
- Ability to repetitively walk, bend, reach, stand, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty.
