Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service aligned with brand standards
- Engage clients through personalized and creative selling techniques
- Support clienteling initiatives including outreach and post-sale follow-up
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals during the assignment
- Assist with visual standards and maintenance of the selling floor
- Support inventory management in the stockroom and on the sales floor
- Handle customer repairs and assist clients with fit styling and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day store operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with understanding of luxury service standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask effectively
- Positive outgoing and high-energy personality with a sales-driven attitude
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
