Temp High Jewelry Client Coordinator

Summary

The High Jewelry Client Coordinator supports North American retail teams in developing high-end clientele. The role assists with client research, VIP initiatives, high jewelry and watch projects, events, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support boutiques with client research, Salesforce database updates, client development tracking, and relationship validation.
• Coordinate VIP sponsorships, bespoke gifting, boutique tours, client books, and cultural publication distribution.
• Assist with local and international high jewelry and watch events, including client data, approvals, biographies, and event coordination.
• Manage watch client submissions and allocation tracking, support new special order watch projects, and communicate approved project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Jewelry industry experience is preferred; interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel is an asset.
• Strong computer skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; Spanish, French, or additional language skills are a plus.
