Summary

The Temporary Sales Assistant supports the sales team at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California. This role helps create a memorable luxury shopping experience while supporting client appointments, store operations, and the presentation of Zegna collections.

Responsibilities

• Share customer, product, and store information with the team and support client appointments, including preparing products and maintaining customer profiles.
• Assist Customer Advisors in understanding customer preferences and use digital tools to support the shopping experience.
• Resolve customer concerns in accordance with service policies and support made-to-measure order entry.
• Support inventory audits, visual merchandising, point-of-sale and alterations station organization, purchasing supplies, and shipping and receiving.
• Follow store operations and time and attendance policies.
