Summary

The Temp Sales Assistant supports the Rodeo Drive store team by maintaining a high standard of customer service and assisting with store operations. The role handles register transactions, supports omnichannel service, and helps the sales and management teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer complaints and feedback to the appropriate team members and partner with management on exceptional situations.
• Support omnichannel service and safeguard PCI and credit card information.
• Complete register transactions accurately and keep the register area organized and stocked.
• Support the selling floor, communicate clearly with clients and store teams, and help improve customer service and productivity.
• Follow the store operations manual and provide feedback on potential updates.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role at a luxury fashion company, or several years of experience in retail cashier, sales, administrative, or operations work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
• Strong organizational, communication, and commercial skills.
• Passion for fashion and a high level of personal performance.
