Summary

Temporary Floor Set Associate supporting store leadership and internal teams to deliver a luxury customer experience at the Princeton Outlet. Responsible for sales support, floor set arrangement, inventory preparation, receiving shipments and maintaining quality presentation on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through professional appearance and communication
• Assist with sales, design projects and client relations
• Arrange floor sets and assist with furniture movement
• Participate in inventory preparation and execution
• Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
• Organize the stockroom and sales floor to ensure quality presentation
• Work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and events

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
• Highly organized and results oriented
• Receptive to direction and able to collaborate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom
