Temporary Boutique Assistant

Summary

The Boutique Assistant welcomes clients and supports the sales team and boutique management. The role helps deliver an exceptional client experience while assisting with daily store operations and upholding the Maison's standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, provide beverage service, and support the sales team during client visits.
• Assist with product handling, wrapping, service items, repairs, and shipment preparation.
• Support inventory checks, replenishment, supply ordering, and opening and closing tasks.
• Follow security, operational, and audit procedures and support store setup and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• College degree preferred; experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and ability to stand throughout the workday.
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a professional, approachable manner.
• Passion for Chloé; additional language skills are a plus.
