Temporary Boutique Assistant

Summary

Support the boutique team in delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining smooth daily operations. Assist Sales Associates and Reception while upholding the Maison's service standards and image.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling-floor supplies and prepare boutique areas for opening and closing.
• Set up and pull jewelry, maintain backstock, and accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and desks.
• Help maintain merchandise in proper condition in partnership with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients, assist with Reception duties, and follow client experience protocols.
• Participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony and maintain a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
• Proactive, adaptable approach and commitment to exceptional customer service.
