Temporary Client Advisor - Las Vegas Crystals

<p>Loewe is currently seeking a <strong>Temporary</strong><strong> Client Advisor</strong> to join its Las Vegas Crystals location. In this role, you will be responsible for building the client relationships within the luxury market, while achieving goals through our company values.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Tasks:</strong></p>

<li>Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives, contributing to business growth and development.</li>

<li>Surpass client expectations by providing an outstanding, personalized customer service, founded on enduring and meaningful relationships. Showcase deep knowledge of LOEWE’s products and the brand’s history and heritage.</li>

<li>Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets by delivering top-tier customer service.</li>

<li>Utilize CRM tools effectively to gather valuable customer data for personalized client engagement and future opportunities.</li>

<li>Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues to enhance the working experience and maintain a positive workplace environment.</li>

<li>Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized per company policy.</li>

<li>Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to LOEWE’s standards.</li>

<li>Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.</li>

<li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Record all pertinent customer information accurately in the database.</li>

<li>Actively promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.</li>

<li>Maintain an accurate and organized client book, initiating regular client contact and providing prompt follow-up on all sales, events, or client inquiries.</li>

<li>Consistently address any client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.</li>

<li>Play a role in general housekeeping and store image upkeep.</li>

<li>Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested</li>
