Responsibilities

• Continuously meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and individual KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding personalized customer service and product knowledge to surpass client expectations.
• Use CRM to record customer data, maintain an organized client book, and promote store events through outreach.
• Support visual presentation, maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Address client inquiries and follow up on sales, events, shipping, and alterations.

Requirements

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets while building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign language skills a plus.
