Summary

Temporary Client Advisor at the Valley Fair store responsible for building and sustaining client relationships within the luxury market while achieving individual and store sales goals. Deliver personalized, high-end customer service, demonstrate deep knowledge of products and brand heritage, and use CRM tools to drive repeat business. Maintain store presentation and support inventory, shipping, and client follow-up to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives and individual KPIs.
• Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of products and the brand; maintain accurate client records in CRM.
• Support visual presentation, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and uphold brand image standards.
• Promote store events, manage client outreach and follow-up, and address client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general housekeeping as requested.

Requirements

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
