Job Description

Summary

Temporary Designer for architecture projects on a 6-month assignment focused on conceptual and design development for flagship stores. Responsible for producing 3D renderings and sketches, supporting creation of design intent sets for proposals, coordinating with consultants during construction, and providing administrative and team support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform conceptual design and design development work.
  • Create 3D renderings and hand sketches to support design presentations.
  • Assist Design Managers in preparing Design Intent Sets for RFP distribution.
  • Coordinate with consultants and respond to RFIs during construction.
  • Set up agendas and assist Project Architects in meetings.
  • Research project specific materials and products and order samples.
  • Manage electronic and paper project files and maintain project imagery.
  • Mentor and support junior architecture team members.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of architectural experience.
  • Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficiency in hand sketching.
  • Experience creating conceptual 3D renderings.
  • Strong communication skills for design reviews and team collaboration.
