Summary

Temporary role providing remote support for equestrian customers and assisting sales associates with product knowledge and order preparation for the Wellington location. The role requires basic knowledge of equestrian tack and clothing, strong customer service skills, and the ability to assist with tasks such as pulling and wrapping items.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote customer support for equestrian product inquiries
• Assist sales associates with pulling and wrapping items for customers
• Answer basic questions about tack and equestrian clothing
• Coordinate with store team to fulfill customer requests
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
• Maintain knowledge of product assortment and availability
• Support store operations as needed during peak periods

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of equestrian tack and related products
• Previous equestrian experience preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• Friendly, patient, and people oriented demeanor
• Self motivated and adaptable to changing tasks
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with an in-store team
