Job Description

Summary

Temporary Sample Coordinator to support the Merchandising team at the New York City headquarters. Responsible for managing post market samples across multiple categories, maintaining sample databases and closets, and providing seasonal market support including showroom organization and photography preparation. This is an in office role, five days a week, focused on ensuring data integrity across PLM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post market samples for Mainline Leather Goods, RTW, Footwear, Jewelry and other categories
  • Maintain database tracking sample locations, corrections, return status and future needs
  • Follow up with cross functional teams on sample return status and condition
  • Coordinate with Product Merchants, Creative Services, Marketing, PR, Commercial, PD and Design teams
  • Maintain and organize sample closets and showroom spaces
  • Support market photography including packing samples and coding images
  • Organize carnet and sample shipments for market when necessary
  • Ensure data integrity in PLM JOOR and AX systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent fashion internship
  • Must be able to work in office five days a week
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multi task in a team environment
  • Ability to take initiative ownership and accountability for projects
  • Fluency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and familiarity with PLM and ERP systems
