Job Description

Summary

As a Temporary Sales Associate at Balenciaga Houston Galleria, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will work closely with the Store Director to meet individual and store sales goals while promoting the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain an organized client book and regularly contact clients for follow-up.
  • Stay informed about current trends and fashion history to advise clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to daily operational tasks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for fashion.
  • Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.
