Temporary Sales Associate

Summary

The Temporary Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and developing and servicing customers. The role delivers outstanding customer service while maintaining the boutique's aesthetic quality and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop a network of clients and capture client information to support boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach and bend to access products, occasionally use a ladder, and unpack or lift large product boxes.
