Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique, assisting both front and back of house operations and delivering high standards of client service including packaging and point of sale assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly client greeting and assistance on the selling floor
• Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise
• Retrieve stock and prepare items for the sales floor
• Maintain selling floor standards and keep supplies stocked
• Assist with wrapping packaging and point of sale duties
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service
• Support client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain records for after sales

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
