Job Description

Summary

Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical and sales floor support in the boutique including client greeting, assisting at point of sale, stocking and maintaining merchandise standards, answering phones, and supporting after sales and concierge activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and friendly client greeting and assistance at point of sale
  • Support sales team with selling process and stock handling
  • Hang merchandise and return items to the selling floor
  • Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain back of house organization
  • Maintain selling floor standards including straightening and restocking supplies
  • Assist with wrapping and packaging purchases
  • Answer phones and provide friendly client service
  • Log repairs contact clients and maintain active after sales records
  • Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities as needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with composure in difficult situations
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to perform clerical duties for front and back of house
  • Ability to support sales activities and maintain merchandise appearance
