Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a boutique environment. Responsibilities include assisting clients, supporting the sales team with merchandising and stock tasks, maintaining the selling floor and supply levels, and performing front and back of house duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide prompt friendly assistance at point of sale
  • Support the sales team with selling process and customer service
  • Hang merchandise, return items to the sales floor, and retrieve stock
  • Prepare and organize stock room and maintain merchandise presentation
  • Maintain supplies such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery
  • Answer phones and handle client communications courteously
  • Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities
  • Log repairs and assist After Sales with client follow up

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Willingness to perform varied front and back of house duties
