Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Provide clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations during the seasonal period. Deliver high levels of client service including greeting clients, assisting with sales and packaging, and supporting after sales activities. Maintain selling floor and stock room standards and assist various client service roles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance on the selling floor.
• Support sales team with selling process and merchandising tasks.
• Hang merchandise, return items to floor, and retrieve stock from storage.
• Prepare and maintain stock room and selling floor organization and standards.
• Assist with wrapping packaging and maintaining supplies like boxes ribbons and cards.
• Answer phones professionally and provide customer service.
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records.
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion.
• Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to perform clerical tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to work in a boutique retail environment during seasonal period.
