Summary
Provide clerical and client service support for front and back of house boutique operations during the seasonal period. Assist sales team with merchandise handling, client interactions, phone duties, and after sales tasks while maintaining Hermes standards of service and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance at point of sale including wrapping and packaging.
- Support sales team with merchandising tasks such as hanging and returning merchandise and retrieving stock.
- Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor supplies and presentation standards.
- Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities as needed.
- Assist with after sales tasks including logging repairs and contacting clients.
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform clerical duties to support front and back of house operations.
- Lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs safely.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and compassion.
- Ability to lift between 0 and 25 lbs without assistance.
- Ability to perform both front of house and back of house clerical tasks.
