Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate at Hermès Princeton provides essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the boutique. This role is crucial for maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency during the busy month of May 2025.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to clients, assisting with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Organize and maintain work station and selling floor, ensuring all items are stocked and merchandise standards are upheld.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
