Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Provide clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations during the seasonal period, ensuring high levels of client service and maintaining merchandise and packaging standards. Assist sales team with merchandising tasks, client interactions, and after sales administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance at point of sale
• Support sales process including hanging and returning merchandise to the floor
• Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain stock room organization
• Ensure packaging supplies such as bags boxes ribbons and note cards are stocked
• Straighten and maintain selling floor merchandise standards
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service
• Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks accurately
• Comfort working in a boutique retail environment
